All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. We require 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment or your deposit will be lost and will require another deposit to re book back in. 

 

If the cancellation policy is not met you will loose your £50 deposit and will be required to pay another £50 to rebook back in. You will not be re booked back in if this requirement is not met.

 

If you change your mind on having the treatment done and provide us with enough notice (48 hours) we can change your deposit to a redeemable voucher which can be used on other treatments or can even be gifted to someone else. Please note once the £50 deposit is paid this is none refundable so please be 100% sure once booking your appointment. 

 

we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen however we reserve long appointment slots for you so please give us plenty notice if anything changes.
